🔁 InstaMartNow Return Policy

At InstaMartNow, we are committed to offering a seamless shopping experience with top-quality branded products. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make it right.

✅ Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

• To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Include tags, invoice, and any accessories received.

  • Item must not belong to clearance or final-sale categories.

🚫 Non-returnable Items

• Products showing visible signs of wear or use.

• Items without original tags, packaging, or invoice.

• Innerwear, cosmetics, personal hygiene items (for safety reasons).

• Customized or personalized products.

🔄 Exchange Policy

• Exchange is allowed only for size, color, or defect (subject to stock availability).

• Exchange request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

💰 Refund Process

• Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or SMS.

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days:

  • Prepaid orders – to the original payment method.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders – to your UPI ID or bank account after confirmation.

📦 Return Shipping

• If return is due to our error (defective, wrong item, etc.), we’ll arrange a pickup and bear shipping charges.

• In other cases, you will need to bear the return shipping cost.
