• Orders are dispatched within 2–5 business days.

• Tracking details will be shared via SMS/email.

• Delivery timelines depend on your location and courier availability.

3. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery (See our Return Policy).

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after return approval.

4. Intellectual Property

• All content including product names, brand logos (Doctoria, ZETRA), and website design are property of InstaMartNow and protected under IP laws.

5. User Conduct

By using our platform, you agree not to:
